The Kelowna Mazda Win a Luxury Getaway Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Kelowna Mazda, 2560 Enterprise Way, Kelowna, British Columbia, V1X 7X5 (the "Sponsor"). By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
The Contest begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM PDT and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM PDT (the "Contest Period"). Entries received outside of the Contest Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeping device for the Contest.
The Contest is open to legal residents of British Columbia who have reached the age of majority (19 years of age) at the time of entry. The following individuals are not eligible to enter:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. There are two (2) methods of entry:
Method A - Purchase Entry
During the Contest Period, purchase any new Mazda vehicle from Kelowna Mazda. Upon completion of the purchase, dealership staff will provide an entry form. Complete all required fields and return the form to dealership staff. Each vehicle purchase earns one (1) entry.
Method B - No-Purchase Entry
During the Contest Period, visit Kelowna Mazda during regular business hours and request a no-purchase entry form from a dealership representative. Complete all required fields legibly in ink, including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address, and submit the completed form to dealership staff.
Limit: one (1) entry per person per calendar week during the Contest Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries that are illegible, incomplete, altered, duplicated, or submitted by any means other than as described herein will be void. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or late entries.
One (1) random draw will be conducted on July 2, 2026 at 5:00 PM PDT at Kelowna Mazda, 2560 Enterprise Way, Kelowna, BC. Three (3) winners will be selected in sequence from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The first name drawn will be awarded the 1st Prize; the second name drawn will be awarded the 2nd Prize; and the third name drawn will be awarded the 3rd Prize.
The draw will be conducted by a representative of the Sponsor in the presence of at least one (1) independent witness. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
Three (3) prizes are available to be won, described as follows:
One (1) night accommodation for two (2) guests and dinner for two (2) at Sparkling Hill Resort, 250 Sparkling Place, Vernon, British Columbia. Approximate retail value: $1,000.00 CAD. Prize consists of one (1) night accommodation and one (1) dinner only. The following are expressly excluded from the prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner:
Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. The winner must contact Sparkling Hill Resort directly to arrange their reservation. The prize is subject to Sparkling Hill Resort's standard booking terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.
A service credit in the amount of four hundred dollars ($400.00 CAD) valid for labour and/or parts on vehicle service work performed exclusively at Kelowna Mazda, 2560 Enterprise Way, Kelowna, BC, V1X 7X5. The service credit:
One (1) set of Mazda all weather floor mats and one (1) cargo tray, genuine Mazda accessories. Approximate retail value: $350.00 CAD. Vehicle fitment (year, make, model, and trim) will be confirmed with the winner at time of notification. Prize will be made available for pick-up at Kelowna Mazda. No substitutions.
General Prize Conditions: All prizes must be accepted as awarded. No prize substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent will be provided except at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. If a selected winner is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or declines a prize, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner drawn from remaining eligible entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any prize that is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after delivery to the winner.
Each selected winner will be contacted by telephone and/or email using the contact information provided on the entry form within three (3) business days of the draw. Selected winners must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt. Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be drawn at the Sponsor's discretion.
Prior to receiving a prize, each selected winner may be required to:
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who: (a) tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (b) acts in a disruptive, unsportsmanlike, or harassing manner; (c) provides false or misleading information; or (d) otherwise violates these Official Rules. Any attempt by any entrant to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal or civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be responsible or liable for: (a) any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; (b) any technical failures, delays, or errors associated with the collection or processing of entries; (c) any unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entry materials; or (d) any third-party acts or omissions in connection with the fulfillment of any prize.
By accepting a prize, each winner releases and holds harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising in connection with the prize.
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, provincial, and local income taxes and any other taxes or fees associated with receipt or use of a prize. The Sponsor will not gross up any prize value for tax purposes. Winners may be required to complete applicable tax documentation prior to receiving a prize.
Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Contest and/or accepting a prize, each winner consents to the Sponsor's use of their name, municipality of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium without further notice, compensation, consideration, review, or approval.
Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and fulfilling prizes, and will be handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection Act (BC) and/or PIPEDA, as applicable. Personal information will not be sold or disclosed to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law or as necessary for prize fulfillment. Entrants may contact the Sponsor at the address below to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information.
